Description:

 

 Fiber Optic Heat Shrinkable Sleeves is used to protect the optical fusion fiber. The construction of the three protective and strengthening elements of the Fiber Optic Sleeve is distinctive in the function that each provides. The inner stainless steel pin keeps the sleeve rigid and stable. The pin is vibratory tumbled with a special medium. This eliminates the possibility of fiber scarring or material penetration, both of which could damage the sensitive glass fibers. The inner tube is made of a specially designed material that compresses. The fiber splice becomes encapsulated within the inner tube. The outer tube is made of a heat-shrinking polyolefin. This encloses the inner tube and the encapsulated fiber splice, providing double protection and ensuring that moisture and air are eliminated from the fiber splice.

Length is 30mm only, it is special used in smaller application, such as CWDM, DWDM ect. 0.5mm Steel Rod 30mm Length Micro Fiber Optic Heat Shrinkable Sleeves is commonly known as an optical fiber heat shrink protect sleeve. 0.5mm Steel Rod 30mm Length Micro Fiber Optic Heat Shrinkable Sleeves is widely used in communication optical fiber splicing projects, it is consisted of a special cross-linked polyolefin, a hot melt tube and a strengthen member.
